Refund Policy:

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no services have been accessed
• Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances
• No refunds are provided for partially used monthly subscriptions
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@gogo1000o.com

• Follow all instructions from coaches and staff
• Respect facility equipment and property

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services without refund.

5. Services and Content

Training Services: We provide esports training through various programs as described on our website. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee specific results or skill improvements.

Intellectual Property: All training materials, methodologies, and content provided by GOGO1000O are our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GOGO1000O and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
